Hello! I'm Lindsay-2.png
Pilates & Integrative Health Coach
My Why:  Movement as Medicine

I'm a proud mom of three daughters and an eternal student of life. My greatest goal? To live my best life possible—with as much health, happiness, and presence as I can—for as long as I can. To keep my body and mind strong, capable, and ready to do whatever I want, for as long as I want. That might mean something as simple as crawling on the floor to build forts with my grandkids or hiking long trails in the mountains with my (now grown) girls.

I believe movement heals, not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually—and I’m here to help you feel that too.

With over 20 years in the wellness space (since 2001), I’ve had the honor of supporting hundreds of clients on their journey to greater strength, balance, and well-being—through mindful movement, holistic nutrition, and compassionate coaching. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: Pilates instructor, weight-loss coach, in-home trainer, wellness director, and movement mentor.

A former dancer, I’ve always understood the deep connection between movement, alignment, and presence. That early foundation still shapes how I teach today—valuing balance in body, mind, and spirit. It led me to complete the Core Center’s intensive 13-month Pilates teacher training program, where I studied closely under Mary Brown.

Since then, I’ve expanded my expertise with barre method training through CoreBarre, Level 1 certification in Healing Touch, and ongoing study in the Franklin Method with Eric Franklin.

I also completed the Health Coach Training Program through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), allowing me to support clients through both mindful movement and holistic lifestyle change. I continue to learn from a variety of movement and wellness experts to deepen my personal practice and the knowledge I bring to my work.

A Life in Motion:  My Foundations and Training
Real Life...Real Me...
  • I believe laughter is core work. (Try holding a plank while cracking up—just saying.)

  • Socks? Optional.  Coffee? Non-negotiable.

  • I believe a good playlist can change your whole day.

  • Ballet gave me my foundation and discipline...Pilates gave me strength and staying power.

  • Nothing makes me smile like my family (both human & fur).
